ROOM HIRE RATES

Room Hire includes Tables & Chairs, Setup, General Cleaning, Lectern and

AV (Project, Screens, Audio, iPod Connections, Handheld Microphones).

 

Our rooms are available to book in the following options:

Half Day 

Up to 4 hours 

                             

Full day

Up to 8 hours (no later than 5pm)

Evening Hire

After 5pm

​

Whole Venue Hire

Need exclusive access of Leederville Function Centre, simply ask to hire our whole venue.

Hourly Rate

An hourly rate is available for Monday - Friday bookings, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.

Tea & Coffee Station

Includes Maccona Coffee, Elmstock, & Lipton Teas, as well as sugar and milk.

Bar Facilities

Bar Facilities are available for functions with a minimum spend. For more details on what beverage options are available, simply fill out the quote form below.

Whiteboards, Flipchart (without paper) and Stage are complimentary with prior arrangement.

Parking for up to four presenters is available with prior arrangement.
